Sophisticated and elegant, our spacious conference room can accommodate up to 40 delegates and is climate controlled, making it suitable all year round. Bakenhof Conference Venue is situated on the 155 hectare Bakenhof Grape and Wine farm which can be found at the gateway to the Paarl wine route. Panoramic views of the Mountains are visible from all the areas we make available to you for your conference, which include the conference room and many other break-away areas The Conference Room measures 98 sqm (14 m x 7 m) Tables can be configured to suit your needs. Our conference facility is equipped with an overhead projector, white screen, flip-chart, a music system, TV and has wireless/internet connectivity. Additional business facilities can also be made available on request, prior to the conference. Our Standard Conference Package for up to 40 guests includes 3 tea breaks and lunch, served either next to a cozy fireplace in the dining room or under the vine-covered terrace in the garden.
