TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Check In after 14h00.
• Check Out by 11h00.
• Right of admission reserved - to ensure your privacy we request that you do not invite any of your own guests to use facilities at Bakenhof, without prior arrangement.
• No smoking in any of our buildings please.
• We request that guests do not enter any area marked Private - specifically the kitchen area.
• Guests enter all areas of the farm at own risk.
• Parking provided at own risk.
• No self catering please. Please contact us for any catering requests.
• Please lock all valuables away in safes provided and switch lights and air-conditioning off when leaving the room.
• Please never leave a burning fire unattended, either at the braai or one of the fireplaces.
• Inventory will be taken before arrival and departure. Please do not remove any decorations, linen, equipment or provisions out of the room.
• No Pets allowed.
• We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes.
• Deposit: - your reservation is only confirmed once we have received 50% of the booking value.
• Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation.
• The balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Between fourteen and seven days before arrival: 50% of booking value.
• Day of arrival or later: 100% of booking value.
• Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to your security and safety, the owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature by guests or their property on the premises.

SERVICES:

• Breakfast is served between 08h00 and 10h00.
• Laundry facilities available please use the laundry bags provided and hang outside door by 08h00 in the morning - to be delivered by 10h00 the next morning. Please contact us for the rates chart.
• Wi-Fi and complimentary Internet facility available. Printing and photocopy charged at R 1.20 per page.
• Telephone facility available in our office and charged at Telkom Rates. Please contact our office to make use of this facility.
• You are welcome to use the complimentary tea and coffee station at the bar.
• Your are welcome to use the honesty bar - please complete the bar register and inform us of your usage upon check out.
• Guests may place a limited amount of personal drinks/ groceries in the bar fridge at the bar.
• The Honeymoon Suite, Bridal Suite and Family Suite are equipped with a small kitchenette. We provide a limited stock of coffee and tea in your room. For those guests who require additional stock this will be provided at an additional charge.
• Tom-Tom (satellite Navigation System) available on request at additional charge.
• Transfers, tours and taxi service arranges on request.
• Limited satellite TV available to guests. Please bring your own DSTV Card should you wish to view the full bouquet. DVD machines available in all rooms - you may rent a DVD from any of the Video stores in Wellington or Paarl.
